I just want to give a huge shout out to the snow plow drivers. I woke up this morning expecting things to be a zoo. I woke up an hour early to make sure I hand enough time to dig myself out of the driveway and make my way through the elements safely.

Roads were slick and icy but much to my surprise they were plowed and salted. It's actually pretty amazing if you think about it. Our snow plow men and women worked through the night tirelessly to make sure we could all get to work safely today and they're still out there in full force. While we were all warm in our beds last night, they were out there braving the elements for us.

I also want to give a huge shout out to the police officers, first responders, tow truck drivers and our state troopers who braved the weather to help their Minnesota neighbors yesterday. WJON News reported that there were 562 crashes, 788 vehicles in the ditch and 37 jacknifed semis in Minnesota yesterday. That's insane! And, it takes a village. Thanks for keeping us safe. There are many people here today because of you. Thank you for getting us through the storm!
