Halloween pranks are deliciously evil fun. Eggs, toilet paper, vaseline...good times!

But then there are those who ruin it for the rest of us.

In an attempt to keep pranksters out of jail this Halloween, the police department of Lawrence, Kansas tweeted some tips on how to have a prankful Halloween without having to ask your parents for bail money.

They're not having it with creepy clowns this year, either...
