How Does Wisconsin Beat Minnesota for Best Schools?

Although Minnesota made the top 10 list of best schools in the country, it was a surprise to see Wisconsin beat Minnesota on the list.

WalletHub just released a new study of the ranking of each state's quality of education for 2016. It's no surprise that Minnesota is among the top 10 in the country, that's why many people with kids live here. Our Minnesota pride just took a little hit though, as Wisconsin beat us in this list...by a LOT!

In the list of states with the best education, here's who made it in the top 10:

We DID beat Wisconsin in the highest math test scores category though, placing #2 in the entire country. Wisconsin tied New Jersey for 3rd in the country for the lowest dropout rate.
