A strong cold front will move through the area Monday bringing with it a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Behind the front, very strong 35-40 mph winds will develop, gusting as high as 60 mph -- prompting the National Weather Service to issue a High Wind Watch for west central Minnesota for Tuesday.
