Here’s What’s Playing in Outdoor Movie Theaters Across MN this Weekend 6/9-6/11
If you’re hoping to catch a few new flicks under the stars this weekend, you’re in luck! Minnesota’s outdoor movie theater season is well underway–weather permitting. The good news is that the weather looks great this weekend!!
‘Alien: Covenant' (R) starts around 9:35 p.m. followed by the second feature, ‘Snatch' (R), around 11:50 p.m. Concessions are available for purchase. Gates open at 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 8 p.m. on Sunday.
You’ve got a few options at Starlite Drive-In, since they have two screens that play at once. Screen one’s first feature will be ‘Captain Underpants: the First Epic Movie′ (PG), starting at about 9:30 p.m. followed by ‘Diary of a Wimpy Kid: the Long Haul’ (PG). On screen two you can catch ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales’ (PG 13), followed by ‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2’ (PG 13). Concessions are available for purchase.
You’ll have your choice of three movies, ‘Wonder Woman′ (pg 13), ‘Baywatch’ (R) and ‘Snatched’ (R). The box office opens at 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. Concessions are available for purchase.
New this week at the outdoor theater in Luverne is ‘Alien: Covenant" (R) which will be the first feature. You can catch the second feature right after the first featuring, ‘Snatched’ (R).
You’ll be able to catch a showing of ‘The Boss Baby’ (PG). Concessions are available including BBQ sandwiches, nachos, pizza, popcorn and more.
