Gophers & Johnnies in Wisconsin Today

#9 St. John's (10-1) visits #4 UW-Oshkosh (10-1) today in the second round of the NCAA DIII playoffs. The Minnesota Gophers (8-3) visit the #5 Wisconsin Badgers (9-2) this afternoon in Madison.

With a win the Johnnies would advance to the quarterfinals of the DIII playoffs to face the winner of today's game between St. Thomas and Coe College. The Johnnies kickoff at Noon today.

The Gophers and Badgers will meet for the 126th time, making it the longest running series in NCAA Division I football -- and the winner takes home Paul Bunyan's Axe. Kickoff is set for 2:30 PM on the Big Ten Network, and AM 1240 WJON.

The Golden Gophers will also be in America's Dairyland next Saturday, facing the Wisconsin Badgers (9-2) at 2:30 in Madison for both team's final regular season game.
