Going Gluten Free in 2018? Take the Gluten Free 101 Class!

Ditching gluten for the new year? You're not alone! More and more people are giving up gluten due to health issues or just by making a lifestyle choice.

If you want to make a change this year, you can take the Gluten Free 101 class this Thursday at Mixin' it Up Gluten Free Bakery in Sauk Rapids. The class is being offered from 6-7pm on Thursday (January 11th) and at it you will learn all the basics of being gluten free. The instuructors will be able to answer any questions you may have, and you get to taste-test gluten free items! When you leave the class, they will even send you with recipes and food so you are ready to go.
