Max Siepert, 11, of Greenfield, Wisconsin is learning about police and firefighters who exhibited enormous heroism on 9/11.

He was so moved by the heroes and their sacrifices that he decided to make a donation to his local police department.  Max began collecting money in April and made the donation shortly after September 11th.  He dropped off his money at the front desk and left.  The department's curiosity sparked -- everyone was wondering who this young man was.

They used surveillance video footage and now, mystery solved!  Check out his interview with the Today Show.
