Former Reporter From ‘Making A Murder’ Trial Gives Inside Perspective [WATCH/LISTEN]
Former WBAY TV reporter, Chris Duffy joined Minnesota's Morning Show today to talk Making A Murderer.
The popular Netflix original documentary series follows a named Steven Avery who was exonerated after about 18 years behind bars. DNA testing helped prove his innocence. He later went on to sue Manitowoc County, Wisc. A short time after he was released from prison, he found himself back in prison this time on murder charges for the killing of Teresa Halbach.
Chris Duffy covered the Steven Avery murder trial extensively during his time at the Wisconsin TV station. He has some insight into what viewers of the popular documentary series didn't get to see.
