Flyers Beat Wild 5-2
The Minnesota Wild lost 5-2 at home to Philadelphia Tuesday night. Marco Scandella and Charlie Coyle each scored a goal for the Wild. Coyle's goal in the 2nd period tied the game at 2 but Wayne Simmons scored a goal late in the 2nd to give the Flyers a 3-2 lead. Darcy Kuemper had 25 saves for the Wild. Minnesota was 1-5 on the power play.
The Wild are 16-13-3 and will play at home against Winnipeg at 6pm Saturday, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 5:45.
