I know this is crazy but my friend and I had this conversation the other day and there were some legitimate arguments made.

It's insane, I mean who doesn't want to win the jackpot?  Who wouldn't want to be a billionaire?  Me.  Let me clarify, I do want to win but I'm not sure I want some of the burdens that come with it.

Family/Friends:  Pretty much everyone who is related/distantly related and every person I've ever even said hello to will want to be in my life with the expectation that I'm going to make them wealthy.  I've never had to pay for friends before and I'm not starting now.

T.J. Maxx:  I was all like 'yes, I'm going to shop at T.J. Maxx!'  My friend told me that would stop because I could literally have whatever I wanted.  I love T.J. Maxx and I just can't risk that.

Celebrity: I personally don't think becoming a billionaire makes you an instant celebrity, but apparently I'm wrong on that. I don't want to have to change up my appearance just to go the grocery store.  Give me a break!

Image:  I don't know about you but I picture billionaires to be very proper and refined. Those are not words that have ever been used to describe me and I don't think they're going to in the future.

Hard Work:  Part of the thrill of getting something you really want is that you have to work to get it.  If I'm a billionaire, I can have what I want when I want it and what fun is that???

What do you think?  Are these valid reasons or am I crazy?!?
