I don't about you, but 2015 was a crazy year for me.  As we approach 2016 I've been looking at the photos I've taken and the highlights from the year.  I've found five photos that do a pretty good job describing my 2015.

2015 started off pretty quiet but on February 11th my life changed drastically when my family's home burned down. Thankfully everyone made it out okay! Who knew it would be the beginning of a crazy year!

Becoming a Godmother

This was one of the most exciting things to happen this year! My goddaughter was born two days before my birthday and becoming her godmother was the coolest thing ever! She's a little sweetheart and I'm honored her parents gave me that privilege.

Hotel Life

After our home burned down we spent almost 5 months living in a hotel. You would think that would be cool in some ways but it's definitely not. It was 'eventful' where we stayed but it was boring at the same time.

New House

Our new house was brought in toward the end of May and it would be about a month before we could start living there. I'm telling you, that was the longest month of my life! It's so good to be home even if it's not quite 'home' yet.

Making New Memories

After having lost everything in February and getting a new home in June, it was time to start making some new memories. This holiday season has been a great way to do that with Kaycee snooping under the Christmas tree!

Take a moment and share your favorite photo from 2015 or one that describes your year!

I want to wish you and your family a very Happy New Year! 2015 was all about lessons on the things that are truly important and I saw so much kindness, which is rare. I hope to see and be a part of that in the coming year. Thank you for being awesome!
