Facebook Is Turning 10 Years Old and Time Magazine Can Calculate How Much Time You’ve Wasted On It [VIDEO]

It's funny, I was just thinking the other day that I've been on Facebook for a decade.  The only reason I remember is because I joined my freshman year of college.

It's amazing how fast time flies.  Facebook is celebrating its 10th anniversary and I remember one of the girls that lived on my floor had signed up.  The rest of us thought she was crazy because we'd never heard of this.  Turns out she was the smartest of all of us because that's how we keep in touch these days.

Time has developed a calculator that determines how much time you've wasted (or to be more positive, spent) on the social media site.  Check out the video below to see where I'm at -- it should be interesting seeing as Facebook is part of my job.

My time wasted estimate is probably a little off because I wasn't always using Facebook for my job and I spent hours on it when I first got it, plus taught my family some things about it when then joined.
