Dean Urdahl, a retired American history teacher and author, will present Dakota War and Its Aftermath, based on his book Retribution, at the Stearns History Museum on January 12, 2011 at 9 AM.   His presentation offers a thought-provoking look at the complexities of the war and ensuing trial that gripped Minnesota during the mid-nineteenth century.  There is no charge for Stearns History Museum members; admission for non-members is $5.  For information about Breakfast Club or the Museum, please call (320) 253-8424.
