Duck Hunting Dog Seeking Work at Tri-County Humane Society – Watch

Every week I go to the Tri-County Humane Society and feature a different Pet of the Week on our YouTube channel. This week I met a 7-year-old Retriever, Labrador/German Shepherd mix named Cobalt. Cobalt has been looking for a home for over a month now. He is a super well trained guy, who keeps his kennel clean and is motivated by treats. Aren't we all? Cobalt is also an outdoors man! He is trained to hunt ducks so he would love to help his new human out on hunting trips, and a stuffed duck toy will help keep him sharp in the off season. Cobalt is great with kids and loves giving them kisses, but he isn't so great with other animals. Slow and proper introductions to new family members is recommended.
