It seems that most criminals feel the elderly can be pushed around and taken advantage of. Once in a while they run across one that will fight back. Take this 64 year old woman. I think she's just crazy enough to pull the trigger!

You would think that having No Trespassing signs hanging all over her property would deter someone from entering and trying to find a safe place to hide out. NOPE!

Karen Grandville heard a commotion outside, pulled out her gun and took off to detain the criminal until police could get there.

This is one tough granny and I love the fact that she has no problem using such colorful language to detain someone on her property. Instead of getting an alarm company to protect my house, I think I'll just call Karen and have her move in with me!
