Do You Live In The Safest City In Minnesota? Here’s The List
When I read the latest edition of the St. Joseph Newsleader (I love that little paper-I read it from front to back) I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I DO live in one of the safest cities in Minnesota!
According to ValuePenguin.com, Cold Spring and St. Joseph are at the top of the list for safest small cities in Minnesota! Sartell and Sauk Rapids made the top 10 of mid-size cities.
