I don't remember if this photo was in our home, or in my grandparents home as I was growing up. Maybe both. But I do remember looking at it and wondering who this man was. Now I know. 

It was around 1920 when photographer Eric Enstrom took the photo, and titled it "Grace."  A salesman named Charles Wilden stopped by Eric's studio in Bovey, Mn one day. Eric saw the kindness in his face and asked him to pose for a photograph. And the rest, as they say, is history.
