I admit it, I'm a guy full of nostalgia...I keep my concert tickets, file my emails, and also show off my keepsakes at work! Some of the folks inside my shared office call the wall above my desk a "Museum" due to the amount of various collectibles I've assembled in my time so far in Minnesota. Some of the reminders of my past year that adorn my workspace include:

  • WeFest 2014 concert lanyard
  • a hockey goalie parking sign (a gift from my best friend)
  • a 2014-2015 Minnesota Wild poster calendar
  • Gumby and Pokey (yes, still in the box)
  • a black hat from the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train
  • BOLD high school football t-shirt (Holdingford's is in the wash)
  • Prep Bowl 33 credentials
  • a 4-H jacket fan from the Minnesota State Fair
  • Mill City Nights concert tickets
  • my latest radio ratings (thank you for making me #1 on the country dial!)
  • a Hawaiian lei for tropical occasions
  • a participation medal for hosting Kimball's Mudman
  • My 1st ever Vikings game ticket from November 30th
  • flyers from my summer travels (Swanville, Richmond, Cold Spring, Walker, St. Paul)

Do you collect items like this? And what local items should also be on that wall? Email me and let me know at: jw@98country.com. And here's to a jam packed wall for me in 2015!
