Dear Rochester, That’s 20″ of Forecasted Snow, Love St. Cloud

While there's wide variation in precipitation forecast models for Wednesday and Wednesday night in Minnesota, the GFS (Global Forecast System) is calling for a big fat 20" of snow for the Rochester area, with a dusting for St. Cloud. Happy Spring to the Med City from the Granite City!
