The Spotlight is on – Sunday March 13th on the 98 Country Classic Spotlight at 11:00 am. Emmylou Harris was born on April 2, 1947 in Birmingham, Alabama. Harris is a singer, songwriter, band leader, producer and arranger. She has been active since 1970. The Country Music Hall of Famer is ready to release a new album, “Hard Bargain” April 26th.
