From the National Weather Service this morning: Temperatures will continue to fall this morning as arctic air rushes across the state. By the afternoon, temperatures will have fallen into the single digits in the west and central part of Minnesota, to the teens in western Wisconsin. By tonight, temperatures will fall below zero with wind chill values averaging between 20 to 30 below zero.
