Central Minnesota Celebrating National Siblings Day

Today is national siblings day. It's not a federally recognized holiday but why not take a moment to celebrate the ones who were there throughout our childhood for the good, the bad and the ugly.

People across the country are posting pictures online of themselves with their sisters and brothers today.

I am the oldest of five children in my family. I have three sisters; Sam, Katie and Taylor, and one brother, Brett. My brother put up with a lot from us girls growing up. He was always a good sport when it came to playing dressup, having tea parties and playing barbies.

Now that he's older, we definitely look back and laugh at all of those moments. Us girls love giving him a hard time. He's a great brother and I love my siblings so much.

Take a few moments and recognize your siblings today. Call them up, go to dinner or play a board game like old times! How are you celebrating this day?
