When I was younger I used to be so excited for growing up. I was the one who told people time and again that I was moving out at 18 and never coming back. I hear kids say the same things all the time and I think they're missing the memo just like I did. Adulthood is NOT all it's cracked up to be.
As much as I don't want to say it, summer is winding down. The kids are going to be heading back to school in a few weeks but that doesn't mean summer fun has to be over. Here's a few fun outdoor activities that will keep the kids busy and you might even enjoy them yourself.
I chuckle to myself every time I walk in to a retail store in mid-July. I see the school supplies set up in the very front and I can just hear kids all over groaning that summer is over and they have to go back to school.
