The impressive Wild wrap up their Western Canadian road trip Tuesday at Winnipeg and then open up an eight-game home stand,which is a chance to put some real distance over Chicago for the Central Division lead.

The biggest risers of the week are the Carolina Hurricanes, jumping eight spots from #27 to #19. The biggest drop of the week belongs to the Vancouver Canucks, plunging seven spots from #17 to #24.

The Wild face the Jets tomorrow (Tuesday) night in Winnipeg.
