The Cleveland Browns announced their starting quarterback for Sunday's game at Minnesota on Twitter Wednesday.

Brian Hoyer will get the nod for the Browns, replacing Brandon Weeden, who sprained his thumb in last week's 14-6 loss to Baltimore. Besides the injury Weeden has been largely ineffective in 2013, completing just 54% of his passes with one touchdown and three interceptions.
