The New Boeing 787 is finally ready to take flight. The aircraft that is past due and over budget is supposed to make flying an all around better experience for its customers. But is it really the plane that makes or breaks the traveling experience or the customer service?

I have done a lot of traveling over the years and as much as I love a fun vacation in a new place, it seems like the actual traveling part of the vacation is getting more and more annoying. It's not necessarily the small seats and lack of leg room on the plane that gets to me. I think it's the lack of customer service that is making the traveling experience less than pleasing for many people.

Boeing thinks this new Dreamliner will make for happier travelers, but I think the issues go deeper than some cool lights and bigger windows. Check out the video of the new aircraft. Would a flight on this plane make up for bad (or even mediocre) customer service?
