Country hitmaker Blake Shelton just scored his 14th consecutive No. 1 hit with his most recent single, "Lonely Tonight."

Shelton recorded the song with fellow country singer Ashley Monroe. The song is the second single from his Bringing Back the Sunshine album.

Shelton has had every one of his singles soar to the top of the charts since "Hillbilly Bone," his 2009 duet with Trace Adkins. Last year, Shelton made history as the first country singer to top the Billboard Artist 100 chart, and he broke his own record for most consecutive No. 1 songs with "Lonely Tonight."

“The whole album is searching for parts of me that I think have…not gotten lost along the way, but stuff that I haven’t addressed in my music as much as I used to, whether it’s drinking songs, heartbreak songs or songs about how people treat you,” Shelton says during an interview with Rolling Stone Country. "But after a while, as a country singer, I gotta get back to singing about getting drunk because there’s people out there — and I’ve been one of them — that have had their heart broken, or they’ve had a tough day at work, or they get stabbed in the back.”

Shelton has received several nominations and awards in the last year. He won two ACM Awards, including one for Male Vocalist of the Year. In addition to releasing new music and racking up plenty of new awards, Shelton has been staying busy as a coach on NBC's The Voice.  To learn more about Shelton's latest music and learn about his upcoming shows, visit his website.
