We've heard many horror stories about Black Friday shopping from the shoppers but what about people working at the stores?  I used to work in retail and I've got a few stories.

I worked in a few different stores at various times on Black Friday and it is total madness. I've also been on the receiving end of a few ticked off customers who didn't get the product they were looking for.
