FRIDAY:  Sunny, with a high near 74. Northwest wind 3 to 8 mph. <-- Perfect!

FRI NIGHT:  Mostly cloudy, with a low around 55. <-- We'll take it!

SATURDAY:  A 30 percent chance of showers, mainly after 1pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 72. <-- Possible afternoon shower, but no biggie.

SAT NIGHT:  Mostly cloudy, with a low around 54. <-- Perfect for the final night.

SUNDAY:  Mostly sunny, with a high near 74. <-- Perfect for move-out day.
