If you want to be healthier, be in awe. Of....something. Whatever that might be for you! I love this!

New research says that being in awe gives you a health boost! A study showed that, after experiencing awe, people were more patient, kind and willing to help others. And researchers think we should seek more "daily awe."  I'm all for it.

What gives you that feeling of awe?  For me it's traveling, seeing new places, watching a sunset, hearing beautiful music, mountains, oceans, experiencing the kindness of others, rescuing animals, seeing miracles in every day things, and the list goes on!
