So A New Study showed up again, and this time it surveyed 200+ people about using voodoo dolls to relieve resentment about their jobs.

These voodoo dolls were of their bosses, and the employees got to repeatedly ~~stab~~ jam needles into them (the dolls, THE DOLLS).

The activity reduced job resentment and increased quality of work.

Said the researchers:

As weird as it sounds, we found a simple and harmless symbolic act of retaliation can make people feel like they're getting even and restoring their sense of fairness.
