An Iconic Ballroom and Rich German History; New Munich
New Munich is a small town in western Stearns County with a population of 356. It is located just south of I94 along State Highway 237 (Main Street) and county roads 12 and 30. New Munich is also near Highway 52. To help tell the story of New Munich I was joined by longtime residents Jim Poepping, Bob Beckers, and Steve Worms.

Bear Sightings in Central Minnesota Aren’t Uncommon
All of the bears in Minnesota are black bears. Glen Schmitt from Outdoor News says there is more bears in Central Minnesota than people realize. He says you just don't see them out and about very often.

Twins Postponed Today; Doubleheader Saturday
The Twins vs. Tigers game scheduled for today has been postponed due to rainy weather in Detroit. The game will be made up as part of a traditional doubleheader Saturday April 13 with coverage starting on WJON at 11:30 a.m.
Garage Burglary in St. Cloud; Items Stolen in Waite Park
The Waite Park Police Department are reporting theft at a storage unit on the 500 block of 10th Avenue South. Alicia Mages from Tri-County Crime Stoppers says the lock was cut. The owner indicates some totes were taken that had tools and fishing gear.
SCAR Derby Returning to the Rivers Edge
