When you're having trouble sleeping, and the chocolate pie is calling your name, it's hard to resist! But there are healthier choices you can make--if you choose!

1. Popcorn. Dress it up with a little drizzle of olive oil, garlic powder or grated cheese!

2. Cake in a Mug. Yes, you can have your cake and eat it too. When you make one serving in a mug, there's no going back to the pan for more!

3. Broiled Cauliflower. Doesn't sound very exciting, right? Add a little olive oil, parmesan cheese and sea salt, and you turn this veggie into something yummy!

4. Egg White Omelet. This one is my favorite. Add some spinach and feta cheese and you've got a delicious and healthy midnight snack!
