Bad days are no fun, but sometimes you can find good ways to cheer yourself up.  For me, nothing works better than chatting with one of my best friends.

I'm a pretty lucky girl because I have several good friends I can talk to about anything. Who I talk to depends on why my day was bad.  If I need advice, I talk to my mom.  If I just need someone to listen, Melissa is my girl and if I want to get even with someone I brainstorm with Kim and Jamie.  My sister and my dog are pretty good listeners too. Like I said, I'm pretty lucky!

There are others things that would make me feel better -- shopping, napping, the usual -- but nothing beats talking to your friends.  What do you do to cheer yourself up after a bad day?
