$1000 Penalty & 15 Days In Jail For Former St. Cloud Radio Host
A former St. Cloud radio host was sentenced on Tuesday to 15 days in jail and fined more than $1000 after pleading guilty to nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images.
Fine & Jail Time For Aaron Imholte
Former St. Cloud radio host, Aaron Imholte, was sentenced Tuesday on a single count of nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images, which was a gross misdemeanor. A second charge, which was a felony level charge of nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images, was dropped.
According to online court records, Imholte will be required to pay $ 1,139.00 in court fees and fines, in addition to serving a 15-day jail sentence. Imholte was given credit for two days already served and will likely only have to serve another 8 of the 15 days of his sentence.
One of the fees associated with his sentencing comes from a new law in Minnesota. Imholte was ordered to pay $1,000 in a Victim Services Assessment.
According to emailed communication with Chief Deputy Stearns County Attorney Mike Leiberg, the Victim Services Assessment is imposed on "offenders convicted of certain offenses, including crimes of violence, domestic assault, HRO violation, OFP violation, DANCO violations, and a few others. The assessment is $500-750 for misdemeanors and $750-$1000 for GM and Felony offenses. The money goes to a Minnesota victims of crimes account maintained by the state."
Imholte has to report to the Stearns County Jail by October 17th, according to online court records.
The Original Crime Happened In May of 2024
Online court documents list the offense committed by Imholte to have happened during an online broadcast of this show, when he sent live on the stream a private sexual image to a guest.
Not Quite Done With Court
After having his sentencing moved from its originally scheduled date of June 25th, after being found in violation of his release conditions by continuing to talk about the victim on his show, Imholte then filed two Harassment Restraining Orders in Stearns County Court.

One is against the victim's husband, and the other is against a YouTube/Podcaster who lives in Las Vegas. Both of those HROs are scheduled for a hearing later this month, following challenges to the validity of the orders by the other parties.
