GARTH & TRISHA'S TOUR IS COMING TO AN END

Garth Brooks will wrap up his World Tour with Trisha Yearwood on December 16th at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena. He announced the news yesterday, where he also was part of a press conference at the Bridgestone during which Nashville Predators' CEO Sean Henry, Nashville Mayor Megan Barry, and Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam unveiled a banner at Bridgestone to honor him for his flood relief efforts after Music City was devastated by a natural disaster in 2010. Garth performed 9 straight concerts to help flood victims at the time. Tickets for Garth's Bridgestone Arena concert will go on sale on November 10th at 10 a.m through Ticketmaster. Since his comeback tour in Rosemont, IL in September of 2014, the tour has sold more than 6.3 million tickets to make it the biggest North American tour in history and the top-selling American tour in the world.

JON PARDI'S ON A ROLL

Jon Pardi is nominated in a couple of categories at next week's CMA Awards -- New Artist of the Year, as well as Single of the Year for his multi-week Number One, “Dirt on My Boots,” which is also nominated for CMA Song of the Year with the trophy going to the tune’s writers. Jon is scheduled to perform at the 51st Annual CMA Awards, which will air live from Nashville Wednesday (November 8th) at 7 p.m. on ABC. Jon continues on his headlining Lucky Tonight tour tonight in Worcester, MA. The tour features opening acts Midland and Runaway June.

NEW MUSIC BY DAVID LEE MURPHY WITH THE HELP OF KENNY CHESNEY

David Lee Murphy is back in the news! Kenny Chesney has joined his friend and hit songwriter on a song for Murphy's new album, No Zip Code. The song is called “Everything’s Gonna Be Alright.” Chesney also serves as co-producer on No Zip Code, along with Murphy and Buddy Cannon. Chesney is a huge fan of Murphy's, and always has been, and for good reason. Murphy his written number one hits for Kenny, Gary Allan, Blake Shelton and Jason Aldean, including “Living in Fast Forward,” “The Only Way I Know,” “Are You Gonna Kiss Me Or Not,” “The More I Drink,” “Big Green Tractor,” “Anywhere With You,” “A Feelin’ Like That” and “Pirate Flag. Murphy joins Chesney on his Live! In No Shoes Nation album on a rendition of Murphy's hit "Dust On The Bottle."

 

COUNTRY ARTISTS PARTICIPATING IN MACY'S THANKSGIVING PARADE

Dustin Lynch, Lauren Alaina, Cam, and Sara Evans will all be participating in this year's Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, taking place on November 23rd in New York City. The 91st annual event will air live on NBC beginning at 8 a.m. Other celebrities set to take part in the Parade include Smokey Robinson, Jimmy Fallon, 98 Degrees, The Goo Goo Dolls and Andy Grammar.
