Minnesota is known for the quality of its education, and as parents few things are more important to us when it comes to our kids. Using GreatSchools.org, I compiled a list of the twelve highest-rated elementary schools in Central Minnesota. Did your kids' school make the list?

  • Rockville Elementary School [K-5]: Score 9 out of 10
  • Foley Elementary School [PK-3]: Score 9 out of 10
  • Foley Intermediate Elementary School [4-8]: Score 8 out of 10
  • Holdingford Elementary School [PK-6]: Score 8 out of 10
  • Pine Meadow Elementary School (Sartell) [K-4]: Score 8 out of 10
  • Oak Ridge Elementary School (Sartell) [PK-4]: Score 8 out of 10
  • Albany Elementary School [K-6]: Score 7 out of 10
  • Avon Elementary School [PK-6]: Score 7 out of 10
  • Bendix Elementary School (Annandale) [PK-4]: Score 7 out of 10
  • Richmond Elementary School [K-5]: Score 7 out of 10
  • Eden Valley Elementary School [K-6]: Score 7 out of 10
  • Clearview Elementary School (Clear Lake) [K-6]: Score 7 out of 10

If your school's not on the list it obviously doesn't mean it's a bad school. These ratings by Great Schools.org are meant to be a starting point to help parents make comparisons.
