The 22nd ranked Wisconsin Badgers beat the Gopher men’s basketball team 68-61 in overtime Thursday night at Williams Arena in Minneapolis.  Minnesota came from down 13 points in the 2nd half to tie the game at 51 and had a chance to win the game at the end of regulation but shot attempts by Andre Hollins and Austin Hollins did not go in for the Gophers.  Wisconsin took back control of the game in overtime.

Andre Hollins had his best game of the season with 20 points and 6 rebounds and Rodney Williams added 16 points.  Jordan Taylor led Wisconsin with 27 points.  The Gophers are 17-8 overall and 5-7 in the Big Ten.  Minnesota will host #3 Ohio State Tuesday night at 8pm, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 7:30.
