The #2 St. Cloud State Men's Hockey team (8-1-0) defeated NCHC rival #5 University of Denver 4-3 Friday night in St. Cloud.

Down 3-1 in the second period, the Huskies rolled of three straight second-period goals of their own to get the 4-3 win.

Goals for SCSU came from Nolan Walker (2, 3), Patrick Newell (4), Jimmy Schuldt. The Huskies out shot the Pioneers 39-24, with David Hrenak in the net for SCSU recording 21 saves.
