It's too early to have the summertime blues, just ask Alan Jackson. But, if you are feeling a little down in the dumps here are ten things you can try that should make you feel a lot better.

A new survey asked about 2,000 people what makes them feel good. The majority of people agreed that there are ten essential things that are sure to lift your spirit.

1. Sleeping on clean sheets
2. Feeling the sun on your face
3. Hearing someone say thank you
4. Finding money
5. Having some time to yourself
6. Laughing hard
7. Cuddling on the couch
8. Fresh bread
9. Doing something nice for someone else
10. Taking a shower

I think this list is pretty self explanatory. It makes me happy to know that there are many people who enjoy the simple things in life. What makes you feel great?
